Precision Auto Service Inc.

I brought my Jetta TDI in for service at Precision auto recently. While I love the car, it had been very difficult to find someone who was able to work on the vehicle. The gentlemen at Precision Auto were able to diagnose and fix all of the problems that I was having that had been overlooked not only by a 3rd party, but by the dealer as well. The repair costs offered by the dealer in particular were outrageous, whereas Precision auto offered me a fair price and took care of all of the vehicle's gremlins. I could not recommend Precision Auto enough after having dealt with so many headaches to get this vehicle up to shape. I am on the road again without anxiety of an undiagnosed problems following me.

I brought my car to Precision for collision damage repair and they did an amazing job! They were easy to work with and helped make the insurance process simple, offered great service, kept me informed and had great communication from drop off to pick up. My car looks like no damage ever occurred, paint was blended perfectly and I mentioned getting my rims painted while it was in the shop and they made them look brand new. Couldn’t recommend this shop to anyone more! Pictures are before and after.

Terrible experience. Gives you receipts without the breakdown of charges. Doesn't tell you up front what price to expect for a specific service, just tells you "will see". When he does tell you a ballpark price for a simple service like oil change and you agree to the service, he later charges you more without calling and telling you it will cost more. Had to come back twice to diagnose a check engine light. First time didn't figure out the real problem, just assumed what it was and charged money without fixing anything. When came back with same problem charged to check again and just said it's an internal engine problem and needs to be taken apart. Went to a different mechanic who didn't charge me anything and didn't see any problem to have to take apart the engine. Just stay away!!
